A gaming system (100) is provided having a display (106) and a game controller (101) arranged to control images on the display. The game controller is arranged to play a game wherein random events are caused to be displayed on the display means, and, if a predefined winning event results, the gaming system awards a prize. The gaming system further comprises means to trigger a game feature in the event of a trigger condition existing during play of the game and means to access one or more progressive or jackpot prizes. The system also has at least one prize modifier defined in the memory and means to determine an award from the game feature. The at least one award is defined by one of the progressive prizes modified by a prize modifier. |
