BROADBAND ANTIREFLECTION COATING

摘要

A broadband anti-reflection coating layer is provided to enhance performance of an optic system using the same by reducing wavelength dependency and deviation of transmittance characteristics in a visible ray band. A broadband anti-reflection coating layer(6) is formed on at least one of an incident surface and an emission surface of an optical element in order to reduce the amount of reflected light of incident rays or emission light. The broadband anti-reflection coating layer includes a laminating structure of seven layers(8-14). The laminating structure of seven layers is formed by alternatively laminating a low refractive index material layer and a high refractive index material layer.
