PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replenishing ship on the ocean which does not require reinforcement of a deck board even if a first deck is made to be a continuous deck, and can dispose each facility in a limited space. SOLUTION: The upper structures 200a, 200b are built on the first deck 101 of the replenishing ship on the ocean 1000 interposing 02 deck 202 to be a low part in the middle. The replenishing device 300 is disposed to overstride the 02 deck 202, and the both ends have a bridging beam 52 fixed to the side surfaces 210a, 210b of the upper part structures 200a, 200b. A saddle wire 30 and a fast pulley 90 locking a span wire 60 are installed on the bridging beam 52. A winch 40 for saddle wire is disposed on the 02 deck 202 below the bridging beam 52, and a power unit (hydraulic unit) 48 and an operating stand 49 are disposed on the 03 decks 203a, 203b below the bridging beam 52.
