<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for inkjet printing, capable of obtaining printed images excellent in quality and high in surface glossy feeling at a high speed and at a low cost especially in inkjet printing using pigment ink. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition for inkjet printing comprises a block polymer comprising, as a main skeleton, a polyvinyl ether structure comprising at least a hydrophobic block segment, a nonionic hydrophilic block segment and an ionic hydrophilic block segment, a colorant and a solvent, wherein, in at least one hydrophilic block segment composing the block polymer, a functional group decreasing surface energy of the ink composition is contained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
