PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of reducing thermal stress at a part where tubes having fluid flowing directions opposite to each other, are adjacent to each other. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is provided with the plurality of tubes 2, 3 disposed in parallel with each other and allowing a heat medium to flow therein, and tanks 4, 5 disposed at both end portions of the tubes 2, 3, and communicating with both end portions of the tube 2, and the tubes having the heat medium flowing directions opposite to each other, are included in the plurality of tubes 2, 3. Heat transfer promoting means 7, 9 promoting heat transfer in comparison with a part between the adjacent tubes 2, 3 having the heat medium of the same direction, are disposed between the tubes 2, 3 having the heat medium of the directions opposite to each other among the plurality of tubes 2, 3.
