PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of accurately moving drive targets. SOLUTION: Using SMAs 110 and 120 in which the rate of displacement in length is about 0.1% or more, a clamp member 10 is reciprocally moved between a gripped state in which a positional relation between the clamp member 10 and a cam cylinder 20 is fixed, and a released state in which the clamp member 10 and the cam cylinder 20 are released from the gripped state, that is, the positional relation between them is not fixed. In such a configuration, a displacement caused by SMAs 110 and 120 having the high rate of displacement is increased to such a degree that the factor of an error such as elastic deformation of each of composing members near a lens drive unit 2A including an actuator device is ignored.
