HEAT EXCHANGER, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND HEAT EXCHANGE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger with a compact configuration capable of improving a heat recovery rate with a small heat transfer area and easy to perform maintenance. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes a heat transfer pipe 10 of a deformable nonmetallic material, a pair of pipe panels 20 with a hole 22 for inserting the heat transfer pipe 10 and a tapered pipe 30 for expanding a diameter of the heat transfer pipe 10 and tightly contacting an outer circumference surface of the heat transfer pipe 10 and the hole 22 of the pipe panel 20. The heat exchanger includes a press-in member 40 for pressing the tapered pipe 30 into the heat transfer pipe 10 and an aggregate 60 which is stored in the heat transfer pipe 10 and extends along the heat transfer pipe 10.
