<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high fluidity powder composition of fishery products-originated phospholipid excellent in fluidity, weak in a smell peculiar to fishery products, and easily dispersible in water, and that is comparatively slow in increase in acid value when it is dispersed. <P>SOLUTION: The high fluidity powder composition comprises a 20-90 mass% fishery products-originated diglyceride-3-phosphoric acid and its derivatives and a 10-80 mass% starch decomposition product containing a 1-50 mass% α- and/or γ-cyclodextrin, and its volatile matter content at 25°C is not more than 1.0 ppm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
