<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pull out a winding start and a winding end of a wire of a coil main body to a peripheral side of the coil main body to form lead wire portions, to make a dual winding coil optimal as a linear coil, to make a surface accuracy of a top face altitudinal, and to reduce a magnetic gap between a lower face of a moving element and the dual winding coil to increase a driving force, in the dual winding coil, or winding equipment of the dual winding coil, and a winding method. <P>SOLUTION: A dual winding coil C pulls out a winding start W1 and a winding end W2 of a wire W of a coil main body 1 wound around a request layer M and a request width Q to a peripheral side of the coil main body 1 to form lead wire portions 2A, 2B. Winding equipment A revolves a flyer bobbin 8 while rotating the flyer bobbin 8 centering around a coil winding principal axis 4 to carry out a request layer M winding of the wire W around the coil winding principal axis 4 in the diametral direction P, and carries out a request line winding and the request layer M winding of the wire W around the coil winding principal axis 4 in the longitudinal direction I by rotating the coil winding principal axis 4, and thereby manufactures the coil main body 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
