PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine the reliability of first and second travels on the basis of a third travel when deciding the reliability of them by allowing a control section to compare them to the third travel. SOLUTION: The travel sensing system comprises first and second photographing sections which are mounted on a mobile unit to photograph the surface of a floor, an image analysis section for calculating the travels of the mobile unit as the first and second travels using image data acquired by the first and second photographing sections, and the control section for determining either of the first and second travels as a true travel from its reliability.
