A grounding structure of a mobile terminal, and a mobile terminal having the same are provided to enable a hinge shaft formed to be protruded from being contacting with a gap member and a conductive plate although it is rotated, to thus remove the possibility of generation of noise due to frictional contact. A decoration member(130) includes a conductive portion therein and an insertion recess(134) formed to reach the conductive portion from the exterior, and is inserted into a side hinge arm(110) such that the insertion recess is positioned at an end portion of a through hole(112) formed at the side hinge arm of a mobile terminal. A grounding plate(140) is mounted on a first casing(100) where the side hinge arm is provided. A conductive connection unit is formed to extend from the grounding plate to the through hole. A screw(160) is inserted into the through hole and the insertion recess to electrically connect the conductive connection unit and the conductive portion. A hinge unit(180) has one side inserted into the side arm so as to be electrically connected with the conductive portion and the other end inserted into a central hinge arm(210) of the mobile terminal. |
