A system and a method for managing distribution are provided to management product distribution in real-time by integrally managing the target amount and actual amount of product sale based each distribution organization/product mode. A sale policy manager receives/stores a range of the distribution organizations to sell the product and the sale goal quantity of each product model of each distribution organization to the database(230) by using a management number of a sale policy. A sale result manager increases a sale quantity of the product model stored in a database by receiving a product model name in case that one section included in the range sells the product, and compares the increased actual sale quantity of the model with the sale goal quantity. In case that a user requests a detail inquiry for the management number, the sale result manager searches the range and the sale goal quantity of the organization corresponding to the inputted management number from the database, and provides a search result to the user.
