FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel 4-phenyl-substituted tetrahydroisoquinolines of the formulae: (IA) , (IB) , (IIA) , (IIB) , (IIIA) and (IIIC) wherein values X and R1-R7 are given in the invention description. Proposed compounds show selective binding of neurotransmitters and therefore they can be used in treatment of different neurological or psychological disorders, for example, ADHD.
