A flat panel display device and a test method thereof are provided to prevent damage of a pad part by providing a protective flexible printed circuit. A panel includes a substrate(100), an encapsulation substrate, a display part and a pad part. A protective flexible printed circuit is connected to the pad part. The protective flexible printed circuit includes a plurality of patterns(172) on a base film(171), and a protective film(173) on the plurality of patterns. The upper pattern of the protective flexible printed circuit is connected with a pad terminal of the pad part. The upper pattern and the lower pattern of the protective flexible printed circuit have the same pitches. |
