A steam generator tube shrinking system that can easily shrink a heat transfer tube installed in a steam generator is provided. A steam generator tube shrinking system comprises: a control unit(100) including a workstation in a control room of the outside; a welding power supply(110) installed at a secondary containment area to transmit data to the control unit through an LAN by connecting an arc voltage signal outputted from an outer terminal to the welding real-time monitoring unit; a welding real-time monitoring unit(120) for amplifying an electric current and a welding voltage outputted from the external terminal of the welding power supply and a rotary speed value of the shrinking apparatus through an amplifier to monitor the amplified values in real-time, and storing welding data in an embedded hard disc to transmit the data to the control unit; a remote control unit(150) for moving the shrinking apparatus connected to a robot(130) to a heat transfer tube to be shrunk, thereby contacting the horizontal sensor installed on an upper portion of the end effect plate with a tube sheet to adjust the welding state horizontally during shrinking of a steam generator tube, and controlling the speed of a straight transfer device during welding; and a shrinking apparatus(140) comprising an end effect plate, a horizontal sensor, a camlock, and a welding means.
