An array substrate, a method for manufacturing the same, and a display panel having the same are provided to improve the reflectance of a reflecting electrode, by forming a pixel electrode including the reflecting electrode to have a concave pattern in which a convex pattern is formed. A gate line is extended in a first direction. A data line is extended in a second direction across the first direction. A pixel region is defined by the gate line and the data line. A switching element(TFT) is formed within the pixel region, and electrically connected to the gate line and the data line. A pixel electrode is electrically connected to the switching element. The pixel electrode has a transparent electrode(117) and a reflecting electrode(118). The pixel electrode has a concave pattern(123) in which a convex pattern(125) is formed.
