<p>In a shipbuilding process steel plates are held by bolts through a profiled jig and welded. The jig is essentially rectangular. The plates are held together by the jig which has a cross piece (18) located between sockets with holes. The width of the cross-piece is less than the width of the sockets (12, 14). The jig height is less than the overall width.</p> |
