<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a photograph as two-dimensional information is vulnerable to forgery on identification with the photograph of a vein. <P>SOLUTION: In a biological information identification system, certification is performed by photographing a finger vein from plural angles respectively, memorizing them corresponding to the photographing angles, and photographing a finger vein of a user by cameras at plural angles to compare the photographing angles and the memorized information on certification. The system includes a process for meshing an image of the finger vein and converting a luminance value or the like of each mesh, and also includes a configuration for concealing the image data or the like and transmitting/receiving them on a network.
