PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image diagnosis aiding device for performing image diagnosis aid even in the field of nuclear medicine diagnosis. SOLUTION: A computer aided diagnosis (CAD) device is equipped with an accumulation detection part 23 for detecting an accumulation of radiopharmaceuticals in a body under inspection from diagnosis data (PET image) which are data for nuclear medicine. By being equipped with this detection part 23, a detection result of the accumulation can be used for image diagnosis aiding, making it possible to perform image diagnosis aid even in the field of nuclear medicine diagnosis.
