PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To subject to provide a virtual machine becoming a hitting exercise device by which balanced training can be done for obtaining technique and base body power for enhancing visual function for training eyes, improving muscle power, and endurance, correcting form or the like by a visual function enhancing training of dynamic visual acuity eyeball movement, visual acuity for depth, instantaneous visual acuity, reflexes, by continuous rally exercise for hitting back a flying pseudo-ball and returning, and by repeating exercise repeating the same action many times, in exercise of game ball such as baseball, foot ball or tennis. SOLUTION: The virtual machine is constituted of a box body 6 longitudinally movably supported on the upper portion of a tripod base 48 and storing an electronic instrument for controlling, illumination sections 4, 5, 31, 32, 33 arranged on the outer side front face of the box body 6, a controlling means for lighting each illuminating section in series, and a detector section 2 detecting and controlling that the timing of the illuminating section 5 for the hitting timing and just meet coincide with each other.
