A rotary roaster is provided to remove interference by a supporting structure for a fixing member when adhering and separating the fixing member to and from a coupling part of a primary shaft and a mounting part of a supporting member. A rotary roaster includes a central shaft(20), a supporting member(30), and a fixing member(40). The central shaft is rotated by a driving unit and has coupling parts(21A,21B). The cantilever-type supporting part is fixed to an one end of the central shaft, is arranged as a radiator shape, rotates with the central shaft, and has a mounting part on the other end. The fixing member for roasting object is coupled to the coupling parts and the mounting part of the supporting part. The fixing member is arranged more adjacently to a heater than the supporting member.
