PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for an automobile capable of mounting a heater core without damaging components as much as possible. SOLUTION: In the air-conditioner 1 for the automobile, a heater core accommodation space S is provided in an air-conditioner case 2, a heater core insertion port 3 is formed so as to be opened in the heater core accommodation space S, and a heater core 10 is accommodated in the heater core accommodation space S by inserting the heater core 10 from the heater core insertion port 3. An elastic locking claw 4 is provided at the most distal insertion position of the heater core accommodation space S of the air-conditioner case 2, and the elastic locking claw 4 is locked to a locked part 17 of an insertion fore-end part of the heater core 10 to fix the heater core 10.
