PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler for dialysis which effectively maintains a sterility of the coupler by preventing a deterioration of the coupler's maneuverability when attaching the coupler onto a nozzle and prevents contamination of circulation pass of dialysis fluid. SOLUTION: The coupler for dialysis is used for connecting a hose and nozzle having a neck for fixing the coupler. The coupler for dialysis has a coupler body, a resilient member, and a slider. The coupler body has a penetrating hole of a predetermined diameter, including a pressing member movable to the center of the penetrating hole at one end and having a projection projecting toward the center of the hole at the other end to which the hose is attached. The elastic member has a penetrating hole having an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the nozzle and a part that abuts on the nozzle watertightly, and is fixed to the coupler body watertightly. The slider is arranged on the circumference of the coupler body slidably so that the slider covers the circumference of the one end of the coupler body provided with the pressing member.
