<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide functional food comprising Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. reduced in grassy smell and/or bitterness of Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. so as to have good scent and be easily taken, and richly containing useful nutrients or functional components. <P>SOLUTION: The functional food comprising Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. comprises Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. as a main material, and included extract obtained by including extract extracted from dry substance produced by drying the Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. with cyclodextrin, or included extract powder obtained by drying the included extract. The functional food comprising Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. is obtained by adding at least either of chlorella, Momordica Charantia L., multicereal noodle, Lactuca dentata, kale, barley young leaf, prune, or trehalose to the dry substance obtained by drying the Peucedanum japaonicum Thunb., or the included extract or the included extract powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
