<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag having a data rewriting function of a memory circuit from only a permitted limited person, and a function of enabling control of an externally connected object to be controlled to a working state. <P>SOLUTION: When a radio circuit 201 of an RFID tag 2 receives both user authentication information and control information from an originating unit 1, an authentication circuit 202 authenticates by collating user identification information stored in a memory circuit 203 with the received user authentication information. Only in case of a successful authentication result, the authentication circuit 202 permits rewriting a data recorded in the RFID tag 2, and transmits control information to a control circuit 204. The control circuit 204 then generates a device control command, and transmits the command to a device control circuit 302 in a controller 3.
