PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated toilet seat device where power-saving use is possible and the responsiveness of temperature is also improved by improving mechanical strength and controlling unnecessary raising of the temperature of a toilet seat. SOLUTION: A carbon fiber heater 22 arranged on the upper side of the toilet seat 20 is radiated from the side of a casing upper part 21a of a toilet seat casing 21 laid on toilet bowl 1 and formed of a material having far-infrared transmission. Radiation downward from the carbon fiber heater 22 is reflected by reflective component 23, and radiated from the side of the casing upper part 21a of the toilet seat casing 21. In this case, the carbon fiber heater 22 arranged on the upper side of the toilet seat 20 can apply radiation heat to the hips of a human body sitting directly, so that raising of temperature is not influenced by a heat capacity of the toilet seat 20 and responsiveness of the start of controlling the temperature of the toilet seat is improved.
