PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover the cost of which can be reduced and having a sufficiently adiabatic effect as an adiabatic cover for covering a unit or a casing. SOLUTION: The adiabatic cover 140 for covering the unit or the casing is a foaming resin mold product in which a portion 141 having a relatively high bubble ratio and a portion 142 having a low bubble ratio are mixed into the same mold.
