PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a method and apparatus for getting an intermediate distillate by the depolymerization and polymerization of a hydrocarbon-containing residue in an oil circuit. SOLUTION: Diesel oil is produced from a hydrocarbon-containing residue in an oil circuit provided with a solid separation part and a distillation part for diesel product by using a completely crystallized catalyst composed of potassium-, sodium-, calcium- and magnesium-aluminum silicate while inputting energy with a high-performance chamber mixer 1.
