<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program distribution system allowing a user to view a scene preferred by the user again by using a mobile terminal when the user views program data by the mobile terminal. <P>SOLUTION: When the user views the program data broadcasted from a broadcast station by the mobile terminal (1), the user transmits a partial program distribution request to a server (4) via a network (30) by using the mobile terminal (1) in order to view again a part of the program data for showing the scene preferred by the user. The server (4) generates partial program data showing the part of the program data in response to the partial program distribution request and transmits the partial program data to the mobile terminal (1) via the network (30) as a partial program distribution reply.
