<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system which has a simple structure and forms a desired light distribution without decreasing the light utilization efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A fly's eye lens group for forming a low beam is configured by combining a first to fourth fly's eye lenses 26 to 29 to illuminate illumination regions A1 to A4 at a uniform illuminance when light from LEDs 12 is incident thereon; a fly's eye lens group for forming a high beam is configured by combining a first, fifth to seventh fly's eye lens 26, 30 to 32 to illuminate illumination regions A1, A5 to A7 at a uniform illuminance, and the supply of light from a light source unit 10 to each fly's eye lens group is selectively switched.
