PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce temperature gradient between terminal connections of a thermocouple wire and a compensation lead wire with less effect of disturbance, and to facilitate wiring without other metals in-between. SOLUTION: Since the distance between the terminal connections of the thermocouple wire W1 and the compensation lead wire W2 is as much small vale as the thickness t of a terminal plate 1, there is little temperature gradient between the terminals. Since the terminal connections is placed inside in a terminal stand 3 and not exposed directly to open air, they have little effect of disturbance.
