PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage bag storage tool for also smoothly taking out a garbage bag while storing a large amount of garbage by surely holding and restricting the stored garbage bag. SOLUTION: This garbage bag storage tool 1 has a holding frame 6 holding and restricting an upper edge part 21 by storing the garbage bag 20 such as a flexible compact pack. The holding frame 6 is arranged by pushing out to an upper opening part 30 of the garbage bag storage tool 1. With a constitution retractable from the opening part 30, while allowing the holding frame 6 arranged by pushing out to the upper opening part 30 to store the large amount of garbage by surely holding and restricting the upper edge part 21 of the stored garbage bag 20, the garbage bag 20 can be smoothly taken out by retreating the holding frame 6 when taking out the garbage bag 20.
