<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the remote supervision of a medical device which solves the problem that a status of unseparating a sharp thing is generated and risk factors are presented in the meantime if a container becomes full before collecting and cannot receive medical waste and conversely, if the container is collected before becoming full, the cubic content of the container is inefficiently employed and an unneccesary additional charge is forced on an institution. <P>SOLUTION: The medical device is under remote supervision. A sensor related to the device supervises the status of the device and forms a signal showing the detected status. Based on this sensor signal, a remote notice apparatus receives information expressing the status of the device according to a message protocol.
