PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of being simplified of its structure, and capable of performing efficient treatment. SOLUTION: In the analyzer for measuring target substances in a sample, a sample-dispersing transfer part 1 for sampling the sample and to dispense and transfer the same is provided on the moving track L of this sample-dispersing transfer part 1, and a sample chip supply unit 2, a rack transfer part 4 for transferring the rack of a sampler 3, a reaction part 5 having a reaction vessel arranged thereto and a BF separation part 6 that has a container, which performs BF separation arranged thereto, are respectively arranged and a reaction vessel transfer part 7 is provided on the moving track of the reaction vessel and the vessel for performing BF separation.
