The present invention refers to the metal mechanical industry, particularly to the production of conveyor belt accessories, and mainly to a conveyor belt pulley which is characterised in that it comprises a cylindrical-shaped body having and inner axis protruding from both edge portions thereof; a couple of lids having an outer ring with a plurality of radial ribs attached to a second concentric central ring. The axis comprises longitudinal slots in close proximity to the edge portions of the cylindrical body where a rectangular-shaped wedge is partially housed, said wedge being coupled to a second slot located at the inner surface of the second concentric central ring for firmly fixing the axis to the lids. The lids are attached with different attaching means to the edge portion of the inner surface of each edge portion pertaining to the cylindrical body. An annular slot is performed in an axis where a key member is housed, the slot being located in close proximity to the axis slot w here the wedge for fixing the axis lids to the edge is housed.
