An adjusting-pen and luminous equipment combination ball-point pen is provided to enable a user to use the ball-point pen in the dark place by forming luminous equipment on a lower portion of the ball-point pen. The adjusting-pen and luminous equipment combination pen includes a ball-point pen(4), an adjusting pen(1) integrally engaged to the ball-point pen, a cap(2) engaged to the adjusting pen, and a luminous equipment(5) mounted on the ball-point pen. The ball-point pen is equipped with an electric cell in an inner portion thereof, and the luminous equipment is engaged to a light emitting diode. A ball push portion(3) is mounted on the ball-point pen for protruding a ball-point pen core from the ball-point pen. |
