An adiabatic and soundproof wall structure is provided to have excellent thermal insulating and soundproofing effects and to make construction simple by mass-producing in a factory and installing simply in a construction site. The formation method of an adiabatic and soundproof wall structure comprises the steps of crushing solid waste polyurethane foam to have a diameter of 1~5mm, forming slurry by mixing the crushed waste polyurethane foam with fluid binder, placing the slurry in a drying plate, drying the slurry primarily by applying pressure to the slurry placed in the drying plate, separating the drying plate and the waste polyurethane foam, and drying the waste polyurethane foam separated from the drying plate at a room temperature secondarily; or, crushing solid waste polyurethane foam to have a diameter of 1~5mm, mixing the crushed waste polyurethane foam, loess powder and white clay powder in a ratio of 40~60 weight percent to 20~40 weight percent to 10~30 weight percent, forming slurry by mixing the mixture with fluid binder, placing the slurry in a pre-heated drying plate, drying the slurry primarily by applying pressure to the slurry placed in the drying plate, separating the drying plate and the waste polyurethane foam, and drying the waste polyurethane foam separated from the drying plate at a room temperature secondarily.
