摘要 A surfactant for supercritical extraction, a production method thereof and a supercritical extracting method by using the same surfactant are provided to improve microemulsion formation and chelating ability of the surfactant for enabling metal extraction in supercritical extraction, so that the surfactant is useful for extraction of fluid having liquid or supercritical state in an environment-friendly manner by using no harmful solvent. The surfactant for supercritical extraction comprises glycine derivatives represented by the formula(1), praline derivatives represented by the formula(2) or a mixture thereof, wherein R1, R2 and R4 are each independently C1-C12 linear or branched alkyl group or C1-C12 fluorinated alkyl group; R3, R5, R6 and R7 are each independently hydrogen; and M^+ is H^+, alkali metal ion or NH4^+ cation. The method for producing the surfactant for supercritical extraction comprises the steps of: (i) reacting glycine with C1-C12 aliphatic alcohol to prepare an esterified product; (ii) reacting the esterified product with aldehyde represented by the formula(4): R1CHO to prepare imine compounds, and reducing the imine compounds to prepare secondary amine compounds; (iii) reacting the secondary amine compounds with acid chloride represented by the formula(3): R2COCl; (iv) adding a base into the acylated esterified product to prepare carboxylic acid; and (v) optionally reacting the carboxylic acid with MOH.
