A non-welding deck plate using a pressure projection and a rivet is provided to prevent the lowering of function and to improve in appearance by attaching a coupling plate on a stiffening girder and joining the coupling plate with a base plate by using pressure projections and a rivet, not welding. The invention relates to a non-welding deck plate using a pressure projection and a rivet formed by attaching a stiffening girder(20) on a metal base plate(10) which functions as a base for a deck plate and attaching a coupling plate(30) on the lower part of the stiffening girder, wherein pressure projections(35) are formed on the coupling plate and the base plate to make the inner circumferential surface of one pressure projection adhered closely to the outer circumferential surface of the other pressure projection and a support rivet is fitted to a space of the reverse side formed by the pressure projections. The manufacturing method of a non-welding deck plate using a pressure projection and a rivet comprises the steps of attaching a coupling plate on the lower part of a stiffening girder, placing the stiffening girder attached with the coupling plate on a base plate, locating the overlapped part of the coupling plate and the base plate between a rivet punch attached with a support rivet and a concave mold provided with a concave groove, pressurizing the coupling plate and the base plate with the rivet punch and the concave mold and projecting pressure projections to the coupling plate and the base plate, restoring the rivet punch and the concave mold to the original location and releasing the pressure, separating the support rivet from the rivet punch and inserting a rivet to a space of the reverse side of the pressure projection.
