An automatic toe angle adjusting device is provided to detect an yawing angular velocity of a vehicle body to appropriately adjust a toe angle of a wheel of the vehicle, thereby improving running and cornering stability of the vehicle. An automatic toe angle adjusting device includes a lower arm(1), a wheel(2), and a sub frame(3). The lower frame is connected to a knuckle of the wheel at its one end. One end of the lower arm is pivotally fastened to the sub frame through the medium of a pin(3a), and the other end of the lower arm is inserted into a lead screw(5) through the medium of a rubber bush(6). The lead screw is rotatably installed at a rotary shaft of a motor(4). A steel pipe(6a) is inserted into an inner periphery of the rubber bush. The steel pipe has a threaded part threadedly engaged with the lead screw.
