A dredger is provided to improve efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs by specialization of dredging works of a first operating unit and a second operating unit. A dredger includes a hinge unit, a housing(52), a rotating hydraulic cylinder(51), a beam(53), and a lifting hydraulic cylinder(54). The hinge unit is installed at a rear of a boat(14) of a buoyant unit(10). The housing is coupled at the hinge unit, and is installed to rotate front and back of the boat. The rotating hydraulic cylinder is connected to the boat and the housing, and rotates front and back of the boat. The beam is coupled to slide at the housing, and is guided by the housing when being lifted. The lifting hydraulic cylinder is connected to the housing and the beam, and makes the beam coupled at the housing lifted.
