A method for manufacturing a panel assembly for constructing a hot water pipe is provided to construct a panel assembly irradiating far infrared rays and negative ions by actively using porcelain clay, sericite, yellow soil, and clay. A method for manufacturing a panel assembly for constructing a hot water pipe includes the steps of: shattering a mixture of 30 to 60 weight percent of porcelain, 10 to 40 weight percent of sericite, 10 to 30 weight percent of yellow soil, and 10 to 40 weight percent of clay and aging the shattered mixture(a); mixing water with the shattered mixture, extruding the mixture through a mold, and cutting the extruded mixture by the standard to manufacture the panel assembly(b); drying the panel assembly(c); and plasticizing the panel assembly to finish the panel assembly(d). |
