PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily openable lid which is prevented from damage of a film or a molding tool due to accumulation of a lubricant adhering to the molding tool even without forming a top coat layer, and shows excellence in productivity and economical efficiency since a metallic plate is adhesively covered with a resin film. SOLUTION: The easily openable lid made of a resin-coated metal plate obtained by covering a metallic base plate with a lubricant-containing biaxially stretched film via a primer is characterized in that the lubricant in the biaxially stretched film is a sphere of a mean particle diameter of 0.5 to 2.5μm and a ratio of mean particle diameters (longer diameter/shorter diameter) of 1.0 to 1.2, that the amount of the lubricant compounded in the biaxially stretched film is 0.05 to 0.5 wt.%, and that a top coat layer is not formed on the bi-axially stretched film.
