PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermotherapy device without damaging a building with steam, without giving stuffiness to a user in a sauna room, and capable of easily generating the cool-head and warm-feet phenomenon. SOLUTION: The thermotherapy device is composed of a support means 5 capable of supporting a treated person 2 and an arcade 6 disposed on the support means 5 for wrapping the treated person 2. The support means 5 consists of a radiation means 3 capable of radiating far-infrared energy and a warming means 4 capable of warming the treated person 2 by warming the radiation means 3. A second radiation means 8 capable of radiating far-infrared energy and a second warming means 9 capable of warming the treated person 2 by warming the second radiation means 8 are disposed on the inner surface of the arcade 6.
