<p>Climbing device, particularly for climbing trees or poles, comprising a U-shaped bracket (1) having a first arm (2), an intermediate web (4), a second arm (3), and a leg (11) attached to the top of the first arm to keep the device to the user with the help of a strap; and a spike (30) projecting sideways from the bracket with its point pointing down, that is, in the opposite direction to the leg, said device being characterized in that the first arm of the bracket consists of a top part (5), a bottom part (8) and at least one intermediate part (7), each in the general shape of a rod or plate, the longitudinal axis of the bottom rod, and are offset with respect to each other, in such a way that the axis of the intermediate rod or rods is inclined with respect to the axes of the top and bottom rods.</p> |
