PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target toy which permits the enjoyment of a real sense of attacking a target by the changing of its condition every time when the target is hit by a shot body, the changing of its size and shape of the target and the building of an original target. SOLUTION: The target toy A has a substrate 1, a tower 22 arranged on the top face of the substrate 1 and support members 3 supporting the substrate from below. A mounting portion 5 to mount a target 4 is provided at the tip of the tower 2, and a guarding member 6 which guards the target 4 so as to prevent the target 4 from dropping from the mounting portion 5 is vertically movably provided in the tower 2, and is made to descend to release the guard of the target 4 at the time when an upwardly thrusting member 20 which upwardly thrusts the guarding member 6 from below comes off. When a shot body b shot from a shooting device B hits the support members 3, the support members come off the substrate 1 due to the shock, and the supporting of the support members 3 is lost, the substrate 1 inclines to make the target 4 on the mounting portion 5 drop.
