PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an HDD device which can reduce the number of parts, regulate vertical movement of a device main body, achieve thinning of the device since it is not necessary to stick rubber for preventing a dent on a top case and to take large gap between the device main body and the top case, and can maintain a creepage distance between the device main body and the parts of a primary side of the board of its downside. SOLUTION: Two support plates 2 are attached rear and front to an undersurface of the device main body 1, and cushions 3 for counteracting vibration are attached at four places front and rear, and right and left of an assembling support plate. The device main body is installed on the bracket 4 through the support plates. Four locking holes 4a are formed in the bracket and a nearly L-shape formed hook section 2a is prepared at a place corresponding to the locking hole in the support plate. A rib 2b which can contact to the top surface of the bracket is prepared at a base of the hook section. If the device main body moves upward, the hook section of the support plate contacts to the edge of the locking hole of the bracket, and when the upward movement of the device main body is regulated and the device main body subsides, the rib of the support plate contacts to the top surface of the bracket, and regulates subduction of the device main body.
