The present invention relates to a clamping device which has spindles to clamp or unclamp a material to be rotated. The clamping device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a ball screw; a motor which rotates the ball screw; a pressurization nut which moves back and forth in accordance with the rotation of the ball screw by being combined with the ball screw; a sleeve which moves forwards by being pressurized when the pressurization nut moves forwards; an elastic member which provides elastic force for the sleeve in the backward direction; and a collet which clamps a material by being surrounded by the sleeve and being shrunk when the sleeve moves forwards and unclamps the material by being separated when the sleeve moves backwards.
