PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording disk cartridge which mostly prevents dust from invading a cartridge. SOLUTION: The recording disk cartridge 1 is provided with: a recording disk medium 30; a cartridge case 10 which houses the recording disk medium 30 and has an aperture part 101 (case aperture) for accessing for making the recording disk medium 30 face the outside; and a rotary shutter 20 which opens and closes the aperture part 101 for accessing by rotating between the recording disk medium 30 and the cartridge case 10. A hub hole 123 which makes a hub 32 of the recording disk medium 30 face the outside is formed in the cartridge case 10, and there is provided a hub hole shutter 40 which opens and closes a gap S between the hub hole 123 and the hub 32 linking with the rotation of the rotary shutter 20.
