PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interior of a wall type wooden building or the like under construction from getting wet with rain. SOLUTION: A frame body 1 composed of angles is installed at the center of the wooden building under construction, and gutters 3 are obliquely fixed to the frame body 1 using fixing plates 2. A sheet 6 is fixed to the walls of a room and the gutters 3 to cover the whole floor face of the room with the sheet 6, thus preventing the floor face and members such as columns and the walls from getting wet with rain. Rain falling on the sheet 6 is collected into the gutters 3 to flow down, then collected into a catch basin 5 hung in midair at the center of the frame body 1, and drained to the outside of the building through a hose. Since all the rain is received by the sheet 6, the floor face is kept a dry, and since the catch basin 5 is hung in midair, the collected rainwater is drained flowing down naturally by gravity.
